  • Please note that our products may be delivered from different fulfillment centers across the US. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. Due to the size of some of our products, we choose to use freight companies that utilize different distribution agents across the US. Some have external facing tracking and some do not. While it is convenient for customers to have external facing tracking, our most careful delivery companies tend to utilize consolidation companies that do not utilize consumer facing tracking.

  • Additionally, some of these warehouses and distribution centers are either full due to increased shipping demand, operating at limited capacity due to local social distancing regulations and guidelines, or are closed.

  • Additionally, there may be up to a 96 hour lag between a shipping label created and the shipping company showing movement. This is due to extreme demand and a lag time between the shipping company scanning the package and the package showing movement in customer facing tracking companies.
